IFS for Coaches provides foundational training in IFS for one-on-one coaching. PAUSE builds on the same IFS principles and offers a practical 5-step non-therapeutic approach suitable for teams and businesses. Many coaches find the two programs work well together. IFS for Coaches deepens your understanding of the therapy model, while PAUSE for Business Teams gives you a structured, non-therapeutic process to apply that understanding with clients and teams.
