As a coach or consultant, do you sometimes feel the weight of expectations from corporate executives and teams — demands to “fix us” that are layered and complex — often overlooking the vital role of their own engagement?

You’re not alone in facing this challenge. The good news is, there’s a powerful way forward.

A training designed to help coaches strengthen their Self-Leadership and expand their impact with clients.

At the center is the 5-step PAUSE for Self-Leadership™, a transformative framework grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz. Through this non-therapeutic approach, you’ll learn to shift from reactive mindsets to intentional, whole-brain strategies — unlocking your highest potential and your client’s.

INTRODUCING

The PAUSE For Business™ Training Course

Empowering Coaches in a Challenging Business Landscape:

In today’s tangled, tough, and sometimes toxic business environments, complex demands and team dynamics can make success hard to achieve. The 5-step PAUSE process provides practical tools to strengthen relationships amongst colleagues, foster genuine engagement, and cultivate organizational cultures that are productive, sustainable and people-centered, driving meaningful outcomes for your clients and your coaching practice.

Training Overview:

Self-Leadership is the practice of meeting challenges with clarity, confidence, and intention. In this training, you’ll learn the 5-step PAUSE for Self-Leadership™ practice and process, moving beyond surface-level fixes to a more holistic approach than cognitive tools alone can offer.

This highly impactful training program will invite you to explore the PAUSE practice for yourself as a coach, business leader, or mentor.

The training unfolds in two layers: first, you learn, explore and practice PAUSE for yourself, building the capacity to stay centered and effective as a coach. Then, you apply PAUSE with clients, helping them strengthen self-awareness, improve one-on-one interactions, and navigate team dynamics. Along the way, you’ll sharpen core coaching skills in communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, and explore ways to apply them in the workplace.

Through a blend of personal, interpersonal, and group practices and guided discussions, participants will gain an embodied understanding of the process and its benefits. You will also have opportunities to explore real-world scenarios and practice your understanding of how to apply the model within your own coaching and leadership role.
